Jim Kaster is a native Texan, Navy Veteran, and General Contractor. He is a Texas licensed Certified Professional Inspector trained by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and also a licensed General Contractor with more than 20 years of building experience in both residential and commercial construction. He has the hands-on knowledge to spot problems with materials, installation, and workmanship that other inspectors might miss. As a longtime resident of Austin, I’m familiar with all the different styles and ages of homes in the area as well as the unique issues our climate can cause on your home.
